A wide variety of adult cats and kittens are available for adoption. All Cat Haven cats are spayed or neutered, tested for Feline Leukemia and FIV, have received age appropriate vaccinations and are microchipped. An application and interview are required and our adoption fee is $90. There are many ways to adopt a cat or kitten from Cat Haven. We hold weekend adoption events at the Siegen Lane and Airline Hwy PetSmarts here in Baton Rouge every Saturday from 10 to 4. Now that our new shelter facility is available, we hold weekly adoptions there at 11130 N. Harrells Ferry Rd. on Wednesdays from 4 to 7. If you are interested in seeing some of our felines during the week, we have cats in the PetSmart Adoption Centers daily.
